We are experts in health and safety training. We understand that good Health and Safety training is not about ticking boxes marked "Continuing Professional Development". What it is about is improving standards increasing efficiency and maintaining a healthy and productive workforce.

We also understand that training can be counterproductive if it fails to engage with the audience. That is why at EB Safety Solutions we use a variety of training methods to maintain delegates' interest and involvement throughout training courses.

We believe interaction is essential and is an integral part of any training course. At EB Safety Solutions we adopt the i3 Approach – Interactive, Interesting and Informative. The courses include games, quizzes, activities and films to engage the delegates as well as the more traditional teaching methods - further details are given below.

In addition to the courses listed below, we can also develop and provide bespoke courses that are designed specifically with your requirements and your employees in mind.

The i3 Approach to Training

  • Games - to increase utilization of memorization
  • Quizzes - for extra motivation and engagement
  • Films & videos - insightful different perspectices
  • Role playing – build confidence, listening skills and encourage creative problem-solving
  • Case Studies - provide background for learning
  • Bespoke industry scenarios – basing the learning in a series of realistic situations familiar to delegates
